An array of exotic blooms on show


Kew Gardens burst into bloom this month, with a dazzling display of exotic flowers on show in the Princess of Wales conservatory.

The Orchids exhibition, which runs until 3 March, invites visitors to walk through archways decked with flowers, and admire colourful arrangements of these beautiful plants.

Tours offering a behind-the-scenes look at the orchid nursery take place on Thursdays from 14-28 February at 1.30pm and 2pm and cost 5 per person. Extended sessions offering advice on potting and looking after orchids cost 15 per person.
