Each May is the beginning of the Open Theatre at Regent's Park. This year is the theme of Dickens Uncovered from May 22, 2017. Two of Charles Dickens' most popular stories are featured in the 2017 season at the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre: Oliver Twist and On the Town. Dickens Uncovered celebrates the greatest storyteller of London life, telling its world-famous stories.



In the spectacular setting of the open-air theatre, take a sip from your Pimm's glasses and enjoy strawberries under the stars while watching the English classics at the theatre.

The Open Air Theater's 2017 season opens with On The Town (until July 1) directed and choreographed by Drew McOnie. The 2016 production of Jesus Christ Superstar returns from August 11 to September 23), directed by Timothy Sheader. The production has won the Olivier Award for Best Music Renewal Award and the Evening Standard Award for Best Music.

A Tale of Two Cities: July 7 to August 5. Price: £ 25 - £ 48.50. Monday - Saturday: 7.45pm. Tuesday and Saturday: 14.15.

Oliver Twist created for everyone aged six and over: July 17th to August 5th. Price: £ 25 - £ 55. Monday - Friday: 1:30 pm, Saturday 9:45 am, Sunday: 10 am, 1:30 pm. Wednesday 2 August and Friday 4 August at 10 am.

Jesus Christ Superstar: August 11 to September 23. Price: £ 18. Monday - Saturday: 7:45 pm, Tuesday and Saturday: 2:15 pm.
