My LEEDS Summer: Wonderful Workshops and Celebration Supper

An evening of creativity and culture as part of the Otley Live Festival.

Get involved with a local creative group at a FREE no-experience necessary workshop. From sewing to strumming, writing to walking, have a go, boost your own creativity or kick start a new hobby! Participants will then be treated to a warming community supper with poetry, performances and puppetry.

All events are free but must be booked in advance. See workshop schedule below.

Following the workshops, all participants and host groups will be invited to congregate at The Otley Courthouse at 8pm for a warming supper provided by the 'mini but mighty' vegan meal provider 'Eat More Plants'. They will be providing a 'Delicious Dal Pot' - slowly cooked onions, carrot, celery, sweet potato and new potato with toasted dried spices, mingled into hearty and healthy red lentils. Topped with zingy pickled red onions for an extra flavour.

There will also be entertainment by award winning theatre group 'Thingamugig', Otley Uklele Orchestra. Love Pop Choir and The Otley Poetry Group.
