Happening at Band on the Wall in the Northern Quarter this Sunday, this is a fun, different and exciting event to bring in the New Year. Now in the 18th year of residency at Band on the Wall, this is your chance to see a popular DJ in the city. The event features six hours of music including jazz, soul, disco, reggae and new wave. Band on the Wall is part of Manchester's historic music scene. Known for showcasing new bands and music and leading the way in promoting new artists, it is a cool venue where you will feel relaxed and enjoy the evening. The venue has a reputation as a great place to listen to jazz, blues and find new international bands to enjoy. This is the place for music lovers who want to listen to the best songs.

Doors open at 10pm with tickets costing £25 if bought in advance or £26 full price. Staff always keep a few tickets on the door, so make sure you arrive early if you don't have a ticket already. Everyone is welcome and this is a friendly venue which tries to create a safe and fun place for everyone.
