You know those mornings when you wake up on the wrong side of the bed. Fate seems stacked against you and the day just goes downhill from there. A lot of this is to do with our mood. People often think they are in a bad mood because things go wrong, but it is often the case that things go wrong because we are in a bad mood.

It's time to change all that. Start the day on a high, and experience a bit of Morning Glory . The concept is simple: 'Rave your way into the day' with dance, music, juice, 'seriously good coffee', and a free massage.

The next Morning Glory is on the 4th September at the Village Underground . Although it sounds a bit like a place The Wombles might live, it is actually a creative and cultural space in Shoreditch. Tickets are £10 in advance or £12 at the door. The party starts at 6.30am and continues until 10.30am. It is the perfect way to get energised and far more fun than a workout at the gym.
