Moka's peperoncino linguini is £7.25 and served with a mild chilli and tomato sauce, with pomodoro (cherry tomatoes to you and me) and rocket. The sauce was lovely, and gave just the right level of heat, but despite being called a 'peperoncino' linguini, I could not actually detect any peppers.
This was a shame, because the pasta felt like it was lacking something, and I think peppers were. It needed an extra texture, because the ratio between the vegetables and the pasta was a bit lopsided. Overall, I think there was too much linguini. The dish was very nice, but the balance of ingredients needed to be a bit better proportioned.
