Succulent chunks of chicken breast and spinach leaves wrapped in a tasty tortilla.
The avocado salsa gives Moka's chicken wrap a mild bit of spice, but the sour cream makes it refreshing at the same time. There is a lot going on in this wrap, but all the flavours come through.
On a practical level, it would be better if the chicken was cut into thinner slices. It is not that easy to eat because it has such a big filling. My first tortilla began to fall apart, and in the second, one good chomp had the sour cream oozing out. In the end it was easier to eat with a knife and fork, but it was still chin-lickingly good (mainly because I had sour cream all round my chops).
