As someone who is not much of an egg person, I found myself surprised to be ordering the Eggs Benedict Florentine from Moka. I think I was tempted into it after seeing the beautifully presented dish my aunt had ordered the week before. While she had ordered the eggs benedict with salmon, the Florentine version comes with mushrooms and costs £7.95. I do think this is rather steep, but as I seldom lunch out, sometimes it is worth paying just for the experience.

The golden yolks look delicious and are perfectly seasoned with hollandaise sauce and so requires no extra salt or pepper. The flavour is absorbed into the toasted English muffin underneath and works a dream with the fried mushrooms and spinach.
