Step back in time with this fun, family-friendly event which will see you come face to face some pre-historic friends.
Mill Gate, the shopping centre in Bury, has a pre-historic event coming soon which you will not want to miss. Do something different with your little ones and come and see a dinosaur and some of his cavemen friends as they wander around Bury. This is not something you see every day, so don't miss out.
Rex, the lovable T-Rex, is coming along to say 'hi' to all the children this February. At 8 ft tall, you won't miss this guy as he travels through the town. The animatronic will wow visitors this February with an event that is a little out of the ordinary. There will be a chance to find him at one of his half an hour appearances taking place at Schorndorf Square. The morning will be full of music and pre-historic men as they take over the shopping centre. Your little ones will love this unique day and adults will enjoy it too. Taking place during the school holidays, this is a great opportunity to do something fun and keep your kids entertained. Children will have the chance to get involved in a creative workshop or follow a trail to find some cavemen in order to win some prizes, so there is no chance of them getting bored. There is even some comedy from the Pre Hee Men, which will entertain everyone all afternoon.
The Mill Gate is a shopping centre located in Bury. With wheelchair access and dedicated parking, everyone can come along. The shopping centre is also easily accessible via public transport situated next to the bus station and the Bury tram stop.
Taking place on
Friday 23rd February from
10.30am until 2.30pm , this is the perfect event to bring children to and what's better is it is completely
free. You can make a day of it by visiting some shops at the Mill Gate shopping centre or visit one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area. This is an event that everyone will be talking about so don't miss it!
