The dessert that is causing a sensation in London this Spring and Summer is a gelato ice-cream surrounded by a cloud of cotton candy made at . In addition to being a great photo for your social media, it is also an excellent ice-cream.

You can choose the flavour of the ice-cream to put in a cone or a cup. Their classic flavours are strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, matcha or the perfume of the day (which was blueberry this week). The simple gelato is £3.95 but if you want a candy cloud around it, add £1. Then, the extras of your choice (Oreo, puffed rice, chocolate, nuts, popcorn, rainbow sprinkles ...) are £0.50 each.

You can also opt for a more classic option such as the special sundae at £4.95. I got the unicorn one with vanilla ice cream, rainbow sprinkles and puffed rice. The crispiness of the extras were really surprising in the soft ice cream. When you get a cone, the whole thing is really worth it as it is quite a large serving.



Go try it if you go to Covent Garden after a musical or on a nice sunny day. The cafe has spots to sit inside or maybe go outside and enjoy your ice cream in the sun - but don't be surprised if a tourist asks you for a picture and where you got it!
