If you have an appetite for art, jazz, and fine wine, then you share something in common with Cesar Merville. Born in Paris, but based in Berlin, this artist may have grown up with a taste for jazz music, but his own pursuits are more in the genre of techno, Latin, and tribal funk.
He has been a passionate guitarist since the age of fourteen, but later discovered electronic music when attending Circus Company parties. He has done several recordings for Circus Company, and produced his own tracks.
Merville moved to London in 2003, where he studied Graphic and Media Design at London College of Communication , but music is where his real passion lies. He moved to Berlin in 2011, but on the 18th January you can see him in London once again, when he performs at the Lightbox, South Lambeth Place for Mellophonik.
Starting from 10pm and lasting until 6am next morning, tickets cost £10. Merville will be joined by Tim Cullen, a respected DJ and electronic music producer.
