The Manchester Buddhist Centre runs classes in meditation. From six-week evening courses, one day Saturday sessions or lunchtime meditation, there is an option for everyone, regardless of how busy your schedule is. The Buddhist Centre welcomes all people to the centre to learn about the religion, explore and practice meditation and make meaningful changes in your life.

Kadampa Meditation Centre** has many classes for you to practice meditation, with so many sessions taking place it is easy to find a day or time which suits you. Everyone can fit in meditation into the busiest schedule. The Kadampa Meditation Centre has two main locations in Manchester one in the city centre and another in Chorlton. Sahaja Yoga Meditation** is a free session based at the Friends Meeting House in the city centre. This weekly session is completely free of charge. Run by volunteers the yoga meditation is done sitting on chairs, with no special equipment or mats required. These easy, free classes allow beginners to learn how meditation can benefit their life.
