Sometimes you can have a bit too much edgy. Now I'm not saying I love all the exposed brickwork cafes and graffiti covered walls of Shoreditch - of course I do (I write about them enough don't I?) What I mean is sometimes it can be good to have a bit of luxury - a bit of old-school character. A bit of .

is a bar/restaurant located on Tabernacle Street in the Shoreditch area, and it's theme is the retro glamour of the original Hollywood hero - Steve . For this reason, entering the bar area is an experience of leather sofas and wooden floors, with art reflecting and the 1950's glamour of the Big Apple. It is open from day till night - so everything from coffee to cocktails can be quaffed in style.

When it comes to the restaurant , the classic American Grill comes into play - all served under the watchful gaze of memorabilia which adourn the walls - a plasma screen playing classic movies of his to complete the experience.

Finally, if you get the chance, see if you can get invited into the club downstairs - it is an exclusive, luxurious place - continuing the theme of the above rooms, and host to some of the best, most exclusive nights in the area (so keep your eye out for what's on).

What's left to say about this award-winning venue than - when are you going? I think it may be a lot sooner than later...
