Marks & Spencer's cafe do a lovely 'Eat Well' range of small finger sandwiches that are designed to be a tasty, healthy, low calorie option. Their chicken salad sandwich is made with seeded wholemeal bread, and has a very refreshing filling of cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and flavoursome chicken, made moist with a bit of mayonnaise. You get four triangular bites in a packet, which they label as being three hundred and sixty-five calories. My only criticism is that it probably won't fill you up, and any additional treat you might want after sort of blows the 'Eat Well' aspect out the water. But if you are not concerned about the calories, then it makes a nice light snack for starters. The sandwiches can be bought on their own or as part of a £10 'afternoon tea for two' special offer.
