While we were out at the Thai restaurant Mae Ping the other night, my mum ordered scallops to share with my grandpa as part of their main course. The dish was £8.95 and was served with prawns asparagus, beans, and carrots. These were wok-fried with fresh crushed garlic and marinated in soy sauce.
I'm not a fan of scallops, so the dish was shared between the rest of the family. They thoroughly enjoyed it, and there was nothing leftover but a bit of sauce.
