There are three duck dishes at Mae Ping, all priced at £10.50. Usually we go for the tamarind duck, which is our favourite, but this time we tried one of the other options. Most restaurants that serve duck, usually use an orange sauce, but this mango sauce compliments the duck just as well. They leave the skin on, which I think makes the duck a bit too chewy and fatty for my taste, but otherwise it is a great dish.
