There really is no excuse not to get fit and healthy with a free circuit class by Lululemon Athletica. Come brave the cold weather for this outdoor class and burn off some calories.

The event is run by Lululemon on Tuesday 29th November from 6.30pm-7.30pm. It is a great after work fitness class, everyone will meet at the Lululemon showroom in Manchester before heading outside for the class. The circuit training will be run by Paul Stannard from Lean Fitness and you are guaranteed a great workout. Why wait until the new year to start getting fit and healthy? Get lean before Christmas and get a head start on your fitness regime.
