London's Top June Music Festivals



You will never be short of choice when it comes to music festival; you can find the best of the best at places like Glastonbury. But journeying out of London usually means that you have to go camping. Strange as it may seem liking music, and liking camping do not necessarily go hand in hand. If you want the thrill of performance, but a nice comfy bed to travel home to each night, then keep a look out for music festival going on in the capital. Up coming music festivals in London for June are as follows:

Fieldday



Dancing in the park is pretty much the same as dancing a field, only you replace the cows with squirrels. There will be a street feast, brewer's market, and a village fair with team games, workshops, crafts, sideshows, and an eating contest.

Meltdown



For those who prefer to listen to music sitting down, James Lavelle's Meltdown encourages the next generation of musicians to invent their own genres.

Bushstock



One day across four venues, Bushstock is in its fourth year, and celebrates new music in West London.

The Big Noise Festival



The arts and music festival showcases visual and live artists, including theatre groups, comedians, musicians, bands, and DJs. Ticket sales go towards The Big Issue Foundation.

Calling Festival



Now in its ninth year, Calling will feature fantastic live performances along with the finest food.
