Great Meal Deals and Fun Experiences

Are you ready to join a citywide eat out? The London Restaurant Festival is coming, and chefs all around the capital are preparing special one-off menus and events to satiate our palates. Featuring a diverse range of establishments from Michelin-starred restaurants to local neighbourhood cafes, the festival is designed to promote the venues involved while providing the public with enjoyable dining experiences. The London Restaurant Festival runs between the 8th - 27th October and divided into free types of activities, including Events, Menus, and Side Orders, which can be booked individually.


There are sixteen immersive food events during the festival, which turns food into an even more interactive and exciting experience. Here are just a few examples:

Eat Film
17th October

Rankin, one of the world's most celebrate photographer's has curated a three-course dinner inspired by the Italian film, Cinema Paradiso (1988). Guests will receive a complimentary cocktail, then be taken to the Princess Anne Theatre for a screening of the film along with gourmet popcorn. Don't fill up too much on snacks though, because you will then relive the film through a menu devised by BAFTA 195 Piccadilly's Head Chef, Anton Manganaro.

Cicchetti Trail
11th, 18th, & 25th October

Pick up your tour passport and visit six Italian restaurants for tapas and drinks.

Gourmet Odyssey
11th & 18th October

The ultimate restaurant crawl. Have your starter in one restaurant, main in another, and dessert in a third. You'll be taken to each destination by bus, and receive a glass of Champagne Laurent-Perrier upon arrival.

Japanese Journey
11th, 18th, & 25th October

Visit six Japanese restaurants for ramen, sushi, Izakayas, and Suntory whisky highball drinks.


The heart of the festival are the restaurants themselves. In partnership with Bookatable, restaurants and cafes around the capital are giving one off promotions available throughout the festival. These promotions are designed to suit all budgets, with offers starting from 9.95 and going up to 50 per person. You can easily find the price range you want by filtering through the list. Here are a few examples:

Afternoon Tea for 9.95 at 5th View Bar & Food.

Two course set lunch for 9.95 at Prezzo

10 - 20

Three course lunch & drink for 16 at Ping Pong - Soho

Two/Three course meal for 15/20 at Avenue


Five course meal for 30 at Apero Restaurant

Four course meal for 30 at Bluebird


Four course meal & glass of wine with each course for 35 at Thai Square - Soho

Three course dinner for 35 at Winter Garden Landmark Hotel

Five course meal & a glass of Laurent Perrie for 45 at Coq d'Argent

Three course meal for 55 at Pied a Terre

Side Orders

Side Orders are your extras - feasts, supper clubs, demonstrations, classes etc. You can enjoy a Shakespearean Sunday Lunch at The Swan pub by Shakespeare's Globe, as renowned actors recite sonnets and interact with dinners. There will also be several pub quizzes on the theme of food and drink. These will be held at Bird of Smithfield, The Hat and Tun, and Cadogan Arms. Kids can have fun to with a sushi making workshop
