Direct from Australia, Lazy Runner are bringing their unique brand of enthusiasm, fun and fitness to London this June, for a special series of running workshops and coaching sessions.

Lazy Runner is an international running club created by Fitness Consultant and Running Coach, Marie Bean. The 'lazy' in Lazy Runner refers to Marie's belief that 'Everyone can run and every runner can run a marathon'; it doesn't matter if you are a plodder or mover, with the right training and program, Lazy Runner will help you achieve your goals, and unlike other running clubs, absolutely everyone can take part - no matter what their fitness level is.

Lazy Runner workshops are held in all major Australian cities throughout the year and regularly sell out. In the UK, the Lazy Runner workshops will be held in London, Brighton and Manchester on selected days during the month of June and there are two workshops to choose from;

A beginners workshop, which is designed for those who have never run before or have been out for running for a long time. This particular workshop is receiving rave reviews as many non-runners are running confidently and enthusiastically after just one workshop!

The intermediate workshop is designed for runners who can run 5km and would like to improve their running efficiency. This workshop is great if you want to learn some tips and tricks to help you achieve a better running form and increase training intensity.
