Summer is on the way, and things are heating up, so it is time to experience the Spice of Life in Soho. The best night to go to this lively pub is on the 31st May, when The Animal Farm records company will be showcasing many of its bands. From 7pm the line-up of free entertainment begins with The Sunday Skyclub. The four-piece pop group was formed by brothers Ed and George in 2010. After previous projects together did not work out, they welcomed friends, Sean and Andy to the team, and have since become a popular feature in their hometown of Exeter.
They will be followed by Hard Actors. Joe and Alfred formed their indie band in 2011, and have been described as ' melodic, colourful pop- rock with unique hooks'.
Candela's five-piece rock/funk band from Brighton have been inspired by Jimmy Hendrix and The Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
To finish off the night, Mark Matthews treats us to a solo performance. Influenced by The Beatles and The Kinks, he was nominated for two Indy Music Awards for Best Live Act.
