Why not learn more about Cambodian food?
Traditional Cambodian Soup

Tucked behind Camden Road Overground in NW1, you are sure to be shocked by the high quality of food on offer at Lemongrass. As a vegetarian and an avid believer that the atmosphere truly makes or breaks your night out, I admit that I was apprehensive.

Upon first look at the tight dining area with no one inside and retro tunes playing overhead, almost made me second guess our choice. However, as soon as the friendly waitress began to take our order, the chef himself, Thomas, came out to offer his recommendations.

I was shocked by the warmth and personable nature of the chef. In a city like London, not only do we rarely see our chef, but they prove to be quite unwilling to adjust their menu. All of the food at Lemongrass is fresh and made to order, and I assure you that Thomas will go out of his way to ensure you truly taste Cambodia.

Within minutes of our eating, the place was getting crowded, and we were finding out for ourselves why people keep returning. Although the exterior may not scream first class, the food speaks for itself and you do not want to miss out on this hidden gem.
