Lee Hurst is touring the UK in 2018 with a new show, 'The Mucking About Tour'. He'll be performing his stand up show at the Point in Eastleigh on February 9th and then the New Royal Theatre in Portsmouth on Saturday February 10th. Then Hurst will be continuing the tour around the UK through to November 2018.
Lee Hurst is best known for his regular role on BBC Two's comedy sports show, They Think It's Over. Even Hurst describes himself as "that bald bloke from They Think It's Over." His comedy is made up of anecdotes, observations about the world, and quality gags. This isn't the sort of show with an overarching 'message' that's going to teach you something about the world, Lee Hurst is just funny, plain and simple.
Lee also frequently has shows at the Backyard Comedy Club in Bethnal Green, London. He is the founder and owner of the comedy club, and once almost ran for mayor when the club was being threatened with closure.
