The premiere live wrestling touring company in the UK,
LDN Wrestling, are bringing a night of live wrestling action to the Hanger Farm Arts Centre on Saturday February 3rd. With some top wrestling stars over from America coming face to face with their British counterparts, this will be two hours of high adrenalin entertainment.
LDN Wrestling formed in 2004 as a group designed to tour the country for live wrestling shows and bring a British name back onto the live wrestling scene. Since then they've not only had loads of live wrestling events, they put on over 160 live shows a year, but the company also formed LDN Capital TV and now broadcasts wrestling matches to fight loving homes around the UK.
Doors at the Hanger Farm Arts Centre open at 7:00pm and the first bell is at 7:30pm. Tickets are
£13 for adults, and
£11 for concessions. Group tickets can be purchased for
£10.50. Tickets can be purchased online from the
Hanger Farm Arts Centre website or by calling the box office on
023 8066 7683. Group tickets cannot be purchased online. The show is family friendly, so bring the kids along too.
For more information head to the
LDN Wrestling website or check out their
Facebook page. They regularly advertise ticket giveaways, so keep your eyes peeled and you might get lucky.
The Hanger Farm Arts Centre is located on Aikman Lane in Totton, about 7 miles from Southampton.
Feeling inspired? You can become a wrestler too.
If you've ever dreamed of becoming a professional wrestler, LDN Wrestling also
offer training to help you become a wrestling star. Unfortunately, you won't pick up a lesson in Southampton. Their trainings are held in London, so it's a bit of a commitment if you want to pick it up. Trainings are held every Thursday at the Central Park Leisure Centre in Romford and are led by former Capital Wrestling champion, Alan Lee Travis. Classes will set you back £8, but 2 1/2 hours there and back on the train once a week will probably take it's toll.
