The Bartenders bar of choice

And now for a bar with a solid gold recommendation - it attracts not just its own customers, but bar staff from other establishments - high praise indeed.

So why are so many people interested in this place, you may wonder - well, at LAB it is all about quality...

LAB, which stands for London Academy of Bartenders, has been at the forefront of the cocktail revolution which has swept across London in the past few years, having been serving exceptional concoctions since its opening more than 15 years ago.

It was originally created to be a training school for bartenders, but by the time it had got to 1999, the transformation to bar was complete - which has remained in largely the same form to now. Being that it is located in the heart of Soho, Old Compton Street, it makes it perfectly easy to get to too.

So what can you expect? Well, cocktails - lots of them. The bartenders that start here tend to go on to big things, meaning the reputation creativity you will find in your glass is second to none. At any one time the menu will hold more than 100 cocktails for you to try, most of them only available here.

There is even the opportunity available to come along and learn how to make your own thanks to the LAB Experience, now what could be better than the satisfaction of enjoying something, then finding out how to make it for yourself?

So, head down to the LAB and let them work their magic, your taste buds will love you for it.
