Kayaking in London
Yes! You Really Can Kayak In London

If you were offered the chance to go onto the famous River Thames in a top of the range Kayak, would you take it? Many would and this is why Kayaking on the river is becoming a more and more popular event.

Brave members of the public can venture out on the Thames through the service being offered by Kayaking London. This is a fantastic opportunity to see some of London's most well known sights from a relatively unknown viewpoint. With a selection of different tours available, ranging from those for which some experience is needed to those for complete amateurs, one of the best and most popular remains the route from the base in Chelsea to Big Ben and back. Along this route, you are given the chance to see the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and Albert Bridge, all whilst having a fitness session on the Thames!

Other routes include the Putney Pizza and Paddle, which goes from the Chelsea base to Putney Bridge (where you will be feed with pizza), the Discover London route which takes you into the heart of the City and the beginners route, for those not as comfortable in a Kayak.

All of this is available for an incredibly reasonable price range, which varies from 35 up to 60. So if you want to see London from a unique viewpoint (and have the strength to do so!) then Kayaking up the Thames is for you. This is one afternoon out you and your friends or family will never forget.
