Want a night out? Supporting new theatre?
Nathalie Bazan has written and directed 'Kanada', new writing that premieres at Birmingham City Centre's Old Joint Stock Pub Theatre, on Temple Row West, on 6th Feb.
It's a short run for that week only, by Old Joint Stock productions in association with Lying Lips Theatre Company.
Kanada is the story of two young Jews and their fight for survival in the holocaust, '
...Poland 1943. The liquidation of the Krakow ghetto. Alexsandra and her only daughter Anya are preparing to evacuate their home to join their fellow Jews until Anya comes up with a plan. One that changes their lives forever…'
If you fancy new writing, supporting this local theatre company, (Nathalie Bazan established the Lying Lips Theatre Company after her graduation from the Birmingham School of Acting in 2014), Grab a ticket online at www.oldjointstock.co.uk/whats-on/kanada
Recent production by Lying Lips Theatre company was 'The Virgin Marias' at The Crescent Theatre in March last year.
