Where should you go to see celebrities such as Bjork, Kate Moss, and Dame Vivienne Westwood? If I was you, I'd get the 87 bus to Charing Cross. Between the 14th - 23rd February, you'll be able to see them and other famous faces waiting at bus stops all along the Strand. They'll be looking glamorous, picture perfect, and will even let you take a few snap shots. The one thing you won't be able to do is strike up a conversation. You see, they're not really there.
While the Chinese celebrate the Year of the Horse, Transport for London is celebrating the Year of the Bus. As part of the festivities, they have teamed up with art gallery, Annin Arts, to present the first ever public photographic exhibition on the roofs of bus stop shelters in London.
Viewable exclusively to passengers sitting at the top of double deckers, the exhibition costs no more than a bus fare. Ever so originally titled, Bus Stops is by German photographer, Juergen Teller, whose ten images will feature on top of bus stops along the Strand route for the duration of London Fashion Week. Getting the bus has never been so trendy.
