John Lewis's tuna & sweetcorn hoagie looks very promising when sitting on display in their Espresso Cafe, however, it ended up being a disappointment.

At 4.90, the wholemeal seeded roll was lovely and soft but the filling did not live up to expectations. Despite being mixed with mayonnaise, I found the tuna dry and tasteless.

I think this is partly because instead of being warm or at room temperature, it was chilled, as if just coming out of the fridge.

As a result, the flavour was lacking.
