Anyone for jollof?
Nigerian food has yet to have its day in the sun, and while it is popular in the small communities in which it is consumed, new restaurant Jeun, in the custard factory want to bring it to the fore.

Fish meal

The restaurant launch on 9th November isn't just a celebration of traditional Nigerian food, however. There will also be traditional African dancers, live music, and a fashion show (showcasing traditional and modern Nigerian designs).

It seems Jeun will go down a treat in the culinary and culturally diverse area of Birmingham, not to mention the open-minded area of Digbeth. It may 'fit in', but the food will be the deciding factor on whether or not it's a new hot spot.

Tickets cost 20, which includes the food you'll be served, drinks ordered, and the entertainment.

A fashion show, live music, African dancers, and traditional Nigerian food to boot, Jeun Restaurant launch sounds too good to miss.
