Rice is the perfect accompaniment to curries and other sauce-based dishes. Imm Thai Fusion have a great selection to choose from, but on this visit I decided to go for Street Fried Rice, which is sautéed with egg, tomato, onion, and served with a side of cucumber. There is also the additional choice of chicken, beef, or prawns. I went for the beef option, but I felt that the flavour was lost once the rice was used to soak up the liquid of the other dishes we had ordered. It would probably be best enjoyed as a dish in its own right rather than combined with something else. I do, however like that the rice is bulked out with vegetables as it meant less carbs than a pure rice side dish.
