Don't trot past if you are peckish
I have recently rediscovered a pub I visited about 10 years ago. Back then the food was good but I moved to a different area, so it was very nice to find that the food is now even better than it was. The pub is on a main road so is easy to find. The menu is now bigger; my family and I tried quite a variety of meals. They have a good deal on main courses, Monday to Friday all day, two for 8.49 - there are at least 10 different meals available for that price.

They have a good selection of starters, we tried the New Big Chicken Skewer with peanut satay; it was very tasty. The starters are from 1.99 to 3.79.

There are plenty of sides to choose from, with basic Bread and Butter at 79p, sometimes that is the perfect side order, to smothered chips - almost a meal itself - at 2.59.

They have a massive 40 main courses to choose from, with the favourites being Lasagne, British Beef and Ale Pie, Traditional Fish and Chips, Chicken Dishes to name a few.

They also offer Big Plate Specials like 10oz Hawaii Five-O Gammon for only 5.99, Big Cornish Cow Pie 7.99, and another 14 Big Plate Specials right up to the Ultimate BIG Sizzler for 13.99

Also on offer are a variety if burgers and curries, even lighter meals with less than 600 calories, so everyone is catered for.

My family and I tried the Big Burrito with BBQ Pulled Pork, Mexican rice and grated cheese; it was delicious. Big Cornish Cow Pie; very nice. Cheesy Leek and Potato Tart; divine.

Then we got to my favourite bit dessert. I had Toffee Apple Crumble with custard absolutely perfect, others we tried were the Eton Mess Raspberry Sundae and Warm Chocolate Brownie with sliced banana and toffee sauce both were divine.

So if you ever feel like you could eat a horse, why not eat at one instead. I am sure you won't be disappointed.

40 courses! That would be a lot for a restaurant, let alone a pub.
