Today I recommend you a real dainty morsel for dinner. First of all, you have to go to the Selfridges Food Hall which is in Oxford Street. At the meat counters you can find a Gyulai Sausage. This is a typical Hungarian sausage from Hungary and it costs around 1.80 per piece.

Sausage from Gyula

In my opinion, you will adore it if you like the spicy dishes. Before I write down the recipe I am going to tell you a short story about Gyula. This town is situated in the Southern Great Plain in Hungary. One of the most famous things there is the Gyulai Sausage. No one more so tasty sausage is all over the world like this one. During eating you will travel to a village tour and I am sure you will enjoy the trip.

So, get back to the recipe which is for a person. Buy a half piece of sausage (just Gyulai), purple onion, tomato and paprika in the food hall. If you cannot find the other ingredients look for these at the greengrocers. Do not forget about the white or brown bread neither but not the toast one.

When you arrive at home bring out a knife, a cutting board and a plate. Firstly, you have to slice the fresh bread into cubes and put on the plate. After that you have to cut the sausage into slices. Place the slices of sausage on the top of the breads. One slice of sausage has to be on one cube of bread. The next step is that you have to slice the purple onion, the tomato and the paprika. Take these on the plate, as well. If you accept one more tip, salt the tomato and the paprika. Now it is ready for consumption. Finally, I recommend a glass of red wine to the dinner. Enjoy your meal and have a nice rural trip. I do not recommend this recipe for vegetarians and during slimming diet.
