Soho is a hotbed of new creative businesses, where new ideas are allowed to take off and thrive. So it is fitting that this area of London was chosen as the home for the imaginative dining experience that is , a place that maybe quite different to any you have seen before...

The concept is fiendishly simple - they make chips and dips, but this is no packet of thinly fried flavoured snacks - no these chips are prepared with love. First, you get a selection of different potato chips, sourced from seasonably available potatoes - the result ending up in a gourmet box ready for consumption. Next, you choose your dips - and this is the key - there are so many to choose from and available as either sweet or savoury concoctions. You can pair your potatoes with katsu curry flavoured dip and lemon tart and raspberries for dessert, should you feel like it, or baba ghanoush followed by chocolate salted caramel if that takes your fancy, it's really up to you. Can't decide? Just order some more dips and really get your taste buds going into overdrive.

Thirsty? Well, there are lovely drinks to accompany too - including craft beers and pre-mixed cocktails - even some delightful variations to the typical soft drinks you might normally find.

Yes, they're crisps - but the lack of sealed packets and choice of salt and vinegar or cheese and onion no longer apply - prepare your mouth for the sensation of eating crisps for the first time again - as that is how it will seem once have performed their magic on you.
