Get ready for Hebocon at Leeds Central Library on August 16, 2024! Join us for a fun-filled competition where you can create the world's best worst robot by repurposing old toys in bizarre and creative ways—think Sid from Toy Story! Use broken toys to craft your mutant robots with the tools and materials provided (or bring your own toys to dismantle). This event is for ages 8 and up, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Safety equipment and tools like junior hacksaws and pliers will be available under parental supervision. Book tickets for both children and guardians, and let's make some wonderfully weird robots!
