Singles Bounce on Tables

In 1901 the game of ping pong was invented by John Jaques III Now on the very site that it was created stands Bounce: bar, restaurant, and ultimate ping pong complex. Here you will find cocktails, pizzas, and seventeen bespoke ping pong tables, making it one of the most iconic and fun venues in Holborn.

This place should definitely be on your 'to do list', or at least it should be, according to doingsomething.co.uk, a unique online dating site that not only plays matchmaker, but gives you ideas for an ideal date.

According to lead developer, David Seddon, 'you can tell more about someone in five minutes on a table tennis table than a three hour dinner date'.

DoingSomething has organised a Hawaiian Ping Pong Party at Bounce for Bank Holiday Sunday on the 24th August. It is a call for all singles to start playing doubles in an immersive UV light environment.

Lasting from 7pm - 2am, a 12 ticket includes all night ping-pong, cocktails such as the Hula Hula Rum Punch, an Hawaiian t-shirt competition, a six hours of Pete Pong the DJ, and limbo.
