Feel like a kid again

I wish all sweets were the size of those I can see in the windows of Hardys Sweetshop. Looking in the window of Hardys is like being a young child again, your vision filled by gobstoppers, candy canes and giant chews. The only thing better than this is stepping through the door...

Once you're inside, you can see everything Hardys has to offer - wall to wall full of sweets, biscuits, candies, chocolates...this is no place to come if you're thinking about going on a diet. With thousands of temptations stacking the shelves, it would take unbelievable willpower to leave here empty-handed - so give in to temptation and get your money ready...

There are more than 2,000 products to choose from, including sweets you probably haven't see since you were a child in their vintage range - so it is well worth scanning their rows and rows of tubes and jars to see if your favourite is there (or discover a new favourite you were meant to try when you were younger). Another nice touch - all of the sweets are weighed by hand - the traditional sweet-shop way - and if you're really lucky maybe they'll throw in one or two extra, just like my sweetshop used to do all that time ago.

Need any other reasons to come here? I didn't think so - make your way across to the area between Leicester Square and Covent Garden then, and go buy yourself some sweets, or a gift for a friend or family - either way feel like a child again - after all how many shops will make you feel like you're in single digits again, even before buying anything?
