What's not to love about a funfair? The classic funfair is back at Heaton Park for a Valentine's Day special event .



Taking place from Saturday 10th February until Sunday 25th February 2018, is a funfair especially for Valentine's. Falling during the half term, this is the perfect place for families to visit. Wrap up warm and come and enjoy a day out at one of Manchester's loveliest parks.

With free entry, you'll love being able to wander around and have a look at all the rides, games and stalls. Individual charges apply for rides. There will be food and drink stalls, candy floss and all your favourite rides, from the dodgems to the ghost train. There are rides for all ages, which is great if you want to bring the whole family along.

This year will see an indoor food court, which is great as February in Manchester is currently a mixture of rain and snow and some sun (all in a day), so this bit of shelter will be a nice escape from the cold weather. This is the perfect place to warm up, grab some food and relax after exploring the fair.



Families with more than one children will love the 2 for 1 deals on rides which will save you money. There is also an option to buy an unlimited wristband for £8.99 if you are planning to make the most of the day and go on all the rides. This family-run fair is a firm favourite at the park and is built up on the main grassy area near the lake for special occasions. Young children will love all the fun rides and games. With plenty of parking and a great park to explore, this is a brilliant place for a day out in the half term school holidays.

The fair is suitable for all ages and there are no age restrictions at the event. This year's event is 80's themed, with rides and attractions celebrating the decade and all rides priced at 80p each (with the purchase of a family deal ticket). This is definitely a perfect day for the whole family, come along and enjoy the waltzers and a family roller coaster.
