True beauty is as bare naked as a baby's bottom. Although I think you don't need to wear make-up to look good, many women feel more confident glamming up. But on the 8th of November Pudsey Bear is asking self-concious grown-ups to be as brave as all the Children in Need out there.
For one day, join up with BBC celebrities such as Alex Jones, Laura Whitmore, and Arlene Philips, who will be ditching the lip stick, eyeliner, and blush for a pair of bear paws.
Other celebrities taking part will be actress, Suki Waterhouse the artist, Jo Wood, and singer, Kimberley Walsh. They will all be going
BearFaced for a photoshoot, encouraging everyone else to do the same.
You can buy mini black & gold paw print stick-on tattoos from the
Post Office for £10, with all the profits going to Children in Need. You can also help raise money by asking for
sponsorship .
