The chef extraordinaire, that came up with the wonderful idea to combine cheese and French toast deserves a gold spoon in my books.

Caravan at Kings Cross is quickly becoming well-known for its amazing brunch dishes and buzzing atmosphere. Here is where you will find my two favorite vices: French toast and cheese. The talented chef at this establishment has created light fluffy, eggy, yet crispy French toast and somehow intertwined spinach with melted raclette. This entire dish has managed to come together in a glorious brunch sensation that you will find only at Caravan at Kings Cross.

Come with an appetite for this dish, as the rich textured cheese can become a bit intense as you work your way through the main. That said, it is worth it. Share it if you must, but flash forward to 6 hours later when you wish that glorious crafty plate was back in front of you to devour.

Teamed with bacon and rocket, it is heaven. Priced at £9 is not bad at all. Give it a go, you won't regret it.
