Heritage Open Days are your opportunity to explore Birmingham & West Midlands' most interesting buildings and rarely seen heritage places. And, wait for it, it's free.

Birmingham had a plethora of unique venues that you may have heard of, for example, the historic Sarehole Mill with its Tolkien links. Or Blakesley Hall, a Tudor grade 2 listed house. But also a few you may have not! Did you know there's an ice house underground in Moseley Park?

All opportunities to visit some amazing places are happening over the next few September weekends in Birmingham. Some are bookable, others simply turn up, to enjoy a good nose, maybe learn something, and save a few pennies at the same time. (Note: some venues normally charge admission).

Check out the Heritage Open Days website to find out what's open, when, and how to book.
