Tis the season to be jolly, eat, drink, and be merry. At the MAC, Moseley's culture hub will be bursting at the seams with all three. Get your stretchy pants on, and explore the Festive Food Market . There will be an abundance of festive, seasonal, and special eats from independents who have crafted event-specific dishes, as well as familiar eats like Cuffufle Chutneys and Trisnal Chocolate.



Foodies will love Mac's Sunday line-up. First up is the food market, with a festive twist. Personally, food market's make me smack my lips, mostly because of the promise of a discovery - new scents, spices, and dishes excite me. The MAC is known for supporting the clever artisan scene in Birmingham, so the 'festive twist' will be something magical.

Amongst all the merriness, is a slight seriousness (we all need balance), as food critic Jay Rayner will speak in Greedy Man In A Hungry World. If you're a foodie you'll know of Rayner's somewhat cut throat reviews, but we all love a bit of honesty, don't we? He'll be debunking food myths, and spreading a little festive cheer at the same time.

To really get the party started MAC organisers have roped in a live DJ set. So even if you're not hungry, you can enjoy good music, and even better company.
