Have you made a New Year's resolution to get fitter in 2018? Here's a chance to kick-start a healthier, happier year by heading to Westgate Oxford and being the best you possible. You will discover experiences to satisfy your mind, body and soul including an exclusive pop-up fitness studio and wellness zone, at FitFest Oxford.

Free Classes Over the weekend of 20th to 21st January 2018, the FitFest studio on Westgate's Leiden Square at West Walk, Oxford OX1 1TR, will offer classes. The FREE classes include 30 minute HIIT sessions, yoga and Zumba. There is also chance to try out brand new fitness trends including Bounce, a HIIT programme devised for a tramp and Groove Aerobics, combining fun dance routines with a challenging workout for all abilities. It is on from 9am to 7pm on Saturday 20th and 11am to 5pm on Saturday 21st. That's 16 whole hours of free fun and fitness to explore.
Health Talks and Pampering As well as the fitness classes, there will be related wellness talks addressing issues from yo-yo dieting to mindful eating, as well as express facials, neck and shoulder massages and free health checks.
After the great classes, there are a range of options to refuel with healthy menu items including Pizza Pilgrims' "Marinara" vegan pizza, Rola Wala's "Rebel 'Spice' Bowl', Sticks n Sushi's "Spicy Miso Soup", Comptoir Libanais' Vegan Feast Menus, The Alchemist's Overnight Oats or one of Kupp's "Nordic Smorgasbords". They all sound delish while still being uber healthy.
Westgate Oxford Westgate Oxford blends the charm of an iconic British City with a game-changing retail and leisure experience and forms part of a perfect day out in Oxford. The brand new 800,000 square feet (what's that in metric?) destination is set in the heart of the city centre and opened its doors to the public in October 2017.
