New Album Showcased at UK Shows
Former Marillion frontman Fish is giving his fans food for thought as he prepares for his Moveable Feast UK tour that includes a show at Bilston's Robin 2 on December 8 2014.

The 56-year-old Scottish singer-songwriter has unveiled a striking video for his new single, Blind To The Beautiful, which features footage from Greenpeace to support claims that climate change contributes to ecological disasters.

The song is from Fish's latest album, A Feast of Consequences, released on April 28. The 68 minute epic, the follow-up to 2007's 13th Star, was co-written by bassist Steve Vantsis, keyboard player Foss Paterson and guitarist Robin Boult, all member's of Fish's touring band. The deluxe version of the record includes a DVD and artwork by Mark Wilkinson.

''This album has been a long time coming,'' says the singer whose real name is Derek Dick. ''I've been writing with Steve, Foss and Robin for over a year now, making sure that I was going to be delivering something very special and an album I can be proud of.

''It's a very elaborate project on all levels and a major investment for an independent artist like me who exists only with the backing from my fans. Mark and I have put together a package that we think is the finest we have worked on in the 30 years we have been working together.''

The live shows will showcase the new album as well as tracks from previous Fish solo albums and some Marillion songs. He was lead singer in the Progressive Rock band from 1981 till 1988.
