Grilled beef ribs? Now you've got my attention
Fiesta Del Asado is the impeccable Argentinian restaurant in Birmingham that is paying homage to traditional Argentine cuisine by using different cuts of meat and serving in a traditional Argentinian way.

Argentinian cuisine isn't really heard of in Birmingham, so when the new Fiesta Del Asado opened it was a welcome introduction to a new cuisine that has already gathered a following.

Now good food is my forte and I love well-cooked meat, clever pairings and food that impresses across the board; the starters, mains, and desserts are as delicious in their own way.

The atmosphere is one of wonder and surprise because Argentinian cuisine is a combination of European influences so one can imagine the array of dishes on offer. There are however traditional Argentinian foods on the menu, including empanadas, churros, chorizo and traditional beef dishes.

You really need to drop by, the service is incredible; the staff know just as much as the chef and will proffer details about the food you're about to eat and make informed suggestions about complimentary sides. It's pretty mind-blowing.

Overall it's the food that has won me over. Fiesta Del Asado have brought fresh Argentinian flavours to Birmingham, and started a revolution for food that is ethically sourced, of a high quality, and cooked in a different way, which makes for more exciting eating. Oh and you might not want to eat about three days before you visit because, though portions aren't too large, the food is filling and you will want to try everything. In short go hungry.
