So, it's my mum's birthday and she decided she wanted to go to Fargo's Food Factory at the end of Ladypool Rd, and we were not disappointed.

It is not the first time I have been here but today I decided I would be a little more critical, in order to give the fairest review. So, here goes.

The place is styled like an American diner and is clean. Also the staff are very friendly and are always accommodating. Even when they are amazingly busy, they'll give you a realistic time on the wait and you are able to order drinks. They don't serve alcohol and serve only halal food, so if you want a burger with bacon and a beer, then best not to head here. But they do serve virgin cocktails and chicken, lamb and beef burgers. They have a strange mixture of food that seems to work for them; stir-fry, burgers, curries, a selection of kids food, grills and pizza

This time we had Chicken Jalfrezi curry with naan and a Chuck's Chicken Classic with the 'Fully Loaded' fries.

First up, the curry was just so creamy, it had peppers and green chillies in it (as you can see from the pic below) but was full of taste and not just spice. It also wasn't so full of colour that your fingers go yellow, a plus in my book. The naan was also nice, cooked well but not burnt. Enough butter, not swimming in it and cut into well sized little sections.

The burger was also good. The chicken was deep fried, it had a nice chunky salad inside and was full of taste.

The fries come with lamb mince or chicken mince, I like the lamb and it's like the Asian version of chilli cheese fries. The combination of the burger and the fries is amazing and is the perfect comfort food in these winter months that are on the way.

Previously I have tried The Grizzler, which is chicken breast and the salad. The chicken breast has the most delicious chilli sauce on top, that just makes it finger- licking.

I have also tried one of the stir fries and the pizza; the pizza was amazingly good. If you haven't been here then get the pizza.

So, don't just take my word for it, go taste it!
