EuroArt is the largest artist studio in North London, and was founded by visual artist, Lorraine Clarke in 2002. Located in Gaunson House on
Markfield Road, Tottenham, the self-funded studio currently hosts seventy artists, and will be holding a free three-day open studio between 6th-8th June. Visitors are invited to admire and buy an eclectic range of work, as well as listen to interactive music, and see a 'Murales Per Studio.Ra' exhibit created and curated as a London Biennale 2014 Pollination project by Raffaella Losapio the director of studio.ra Gallery, Rome. It will feature photo-montages of a hundred and fifty international artists.
The preview evening on Friday is between 6pm-9pm, while the studios will be open at the weekend between 2pm-6pm. There will be a raffle for a £250 voucher, which can be used to buy art in the studios, commission new work, or bid in a silent wall auction.
The open Studios will feature works by urban painter, Matt Small, the SFX of filmmaker, Nigel Booth, and anthropological installations from Lorraine Clarke.
