Birmingham-born and bred emcee Lady Sanity performed an incredible set at Glastonbury last summer and at Stirlings Bar she'll be showcasing tracks from her two EPs, Summer in September and The Graduate.
Rap artist U.G
Hailed as the next big thing by a number of artists, including The Streets' Mike Skinner and Wretch 32, Leicester singer, songwriter, rap artist and producer, U.G will take to the stage to perform tracks from his album Dubs of the mad skint and British Pt. 2: Solutions.
At just 18 years old, Birmingham native Felix has already completed a live session for BBC Introducing and his music has since evolved, weaving layers of harmonies and melodies with electronic dance music and house beats. His debut EP is On The Fence.
Performing Arts Academy graduate KLOW has dabbled in folk music and heavy rock but her focus is now on a blend of soul, jazz and R&B. She is currently recording her first EP, due for release in 2017.
Sophia Carter, artist manager and founder of EQ Recordings, says: "We want to raise the profile of the diverse talent in Birmingham and show people that we don't only have great venues, but we nurture and are home to some of the most talented people you can find in the industry. EQ puts the artists first and is focused solely on helping them to reach and live their potential. Our launch event is just £5 to attend as, frankly, musicians need to eat too and should be paid for their time. We would love if people would come along and help us celebrate the start of what we expect to be a very exciting journey."
