Taoism at its most simplest is the Chinese philosophy of living in harmony with the path of life. The practice shares similarities with the Indian ritual of Tantra, which is a style of meditation designed to enhance life experience and deepen your spirituality.

This will be the next subject for discussion for the Radical Anthropology Group , based in Fleet Street. Studying what it means to be human, the group was founded in 1984, and holds regular workshops and lectures. For the 24th June, they have invited sex life coach, Elena Angel , to give a talk. Free for anyone to attend, she will cover the basics of the topic, which includes theoretical grounding, meditation practice, breath and energy work, rituals, and bodywork. The process of liberating your spirit is meant to heal your personality, help you reflect on life, and aid in internal alchemical transformation.
