The Fringe Festival has been growing from strength to strength for the last thirteen years. First opening at Cowgate in Edinburgh, it later expanded its 'Udderbelly Pasture' with a Cow Barn Concert Hall in 2006, and in 2011 launched two new venues - The Dairy Room and the Wee Coo. Udderbelly Productions are now preparing for their fourteenth event, which will take place between 31st July - 26th August. Held at Bistro square, Edinburg Fringe will have three new venues: Ermintrude, Daisy, and Clover.

Circa: Wunderkammer
31st July - 26th August, 5pm, £12-18.50

Wunderkammer is a German word meaning 'cabinet of wonders'. From that, you can probably guess that this circus experience will be an oddball conglomerate of curiosities and rarities. Expect to be left breathless by a cocktail of new circus, cabaret, and vaudeville performances.

Jason Byrne's Special Eye
31st July - 25th August, 9pm, £10-£19.50

Jason Byrne is an Irish comedian who has made several appearances at the Festival. This year he has a brand new show to entertain you.

Tiddler And Other Terrific Tales
1st - 26th August, 11.45am, £6-£10

This is one for the kids; a show based on the picture books by Julia Donaldson. Donaldson is probably best known for Room on the Broom, but this show focusses on Tiddler, a sea life story written in collaboration with Axel Scheffler. There will be live music, songs, and puppetry.
